Recurring breakfast

A weekly team breakfast or the first Monday of the month. Tell us the headcount, day and time and our catering team sets it up. In Chicago and Lake Geneva the Bagel and Cream Cheese Platter serves 9; in Madison, One Dozen® (13 bagels) with three 8 oz cream cheeses.

Meetings

Wrapped platters are sliced in half (18 halves), so people take one between agenda items. A Box of Coffee serves 10 in Chicago and Lake Geneva; Madison's coffee service serves 12, cups and cream included.

Client presentations

Bagel and deli platters serve 13 and arrive built: lox, deli meats or deli salads, house-whipped spreads and the fixings. Schedule online up to 60 days ahead in Chicago and Lake Geneva (90 in Madison) and choose delivery or pickup at checkout, so it's on the table before the client is.

Office lunches

In Chicago and Lake Geneva, the Sandwich Platter is 9 classic Gotham sandwiches, your choice of 3 types; serves 9. In Madison, the Long Island and Williamsburg platters bring 13 bagels and the fillings to build your own; each serves 13.

All-hands

Hot breakfast for the whole floor: half pans of scrambled eggs and bacon each serve 12, next to bagel platters. For 30 people and up, order at least a day ahead so we can bake for you.

Large orders

75 and up: tell us the date, headcount and place as early as you can; big orders are subject to our capacity on the day. Tax-exempt orders go through the same team once we have your documentation.

Repeat last time's order

Liked what you ordered for the last offsite? Contact our catering team to repeat a previous order or adapt it with a new headcount, a different platter or another date.

Delivery to the office

We deliver up to about 4 miles from each participating shop. In Chicago, the delivery areas of our Gold Coast, Magnificent Mile, South Loop and Lakeview shops together cover downtown and many surrounding neighborhoods. Enter your office address at checkout to confirm, or ask us if you're not sure.

In Madison, delivery is $9 within the City of Madison and $15 to Middleton or Sun Prairie.

Coffee for the meeting

In Chicago and Lake Geneva, a Box of Coffee serves 10 and comes with cups, sugars, creamers and stirrers. In Madison, our coffee service is JBC coffee, cups, cream and sugar for 12.

Tax-exempt orders

Gotham can process qualifying tax-exempt sales after receiving the required documentation. Have your tax-exempt documentation ready and our catering team can help set up your order.

Custom requests

Absolutely. Tell us what you need. We aim to please. For substitutions, custom quantities, dietary requests or larger events, contact our catering team and we'll help build the order.

Everything is made in kitchens that also handle milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame and soy. We can’t guarantee any item is allergen-free; ask us about specific needs.

How far ahead

Booking window: schedule online up to 60 days ahead in Chicago and Lake Geneva, and up to 90 days ahead in Madison.

Recommended notice: smaller orders can often be scheduled for the same day; for large orders we recommend ordering at least one day ahead.
